Job Summary: Ver De Verdad is seeking a certified Optometrist to provide specialized visual health care, conducting eye examinations, prescribing lenses, and advising customers on ocular care. Our commitment is to deliver high-quality services and affordable products for vision care. To this end, we seek a certified professional in OPTOMETRY for a branch located in COLONIA CENTRO. Schedule: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Sunday (day off) Purpose: To provide specialized visual health care to optical store customers by performing eye examinations, prescribing corrective lenses, and advising on ocular health care. What are we looking for in this position? Graduate in Optometry. License or certification to practice the profession. Continuous updates on advancements in the field of optometry. Knowledge of various types of lenses and treatments for visual impairments. What are the responsibilities? Conduct comprehensive eye examinations. Prescribe corrective lenses according to each customer’s needs. Advise customers on maintaining their visual health. Collaborate with other optical professionals to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain branch inventory control. Ensure optometric equipment remains in optimal working condition. Personal and Technical Skills Excellent communication skills. Empathy and ability to interact courteously with customers. Ability to work collaboratively with other optical professionals. Effective problem-solving ability. In-depth knowledge of eye anatomy and physiology. Ability to perform precise eye examinations. Experience in prescribing corrective lenses. Familiarity with ophthalmic technologies and equipment.
