Management of vacations, leaves, and attendance incidents. Attendance and punctuality monitoring. Preparation of HR reports. LABOR RELATIONS Internal conflict management. Implementation of administrative minutes. Handling of disciplinary issues. Coordination of resignations and terminations. Internal regulation compliance monitoring.
