Geely Agency is hiring a Hostess Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers on the sales floor. * Record and monitor customer traffic. * Direct customers to the appropriate department. * Manage phone calls, messages, and switchboard operations. * Maintain order and professional appearance of the sales floor. * Inspect vehicles and update technical specifications sheets. * Assist in resolving customer inquiries or issues. * Support vehicle delivery to customers. Requirements: * Experience in customer service or reception. * Strong verbal communication skills and service-oriented attitude. * Professional appearance. * Basic computer skills. * Organizational and follow-up skills.
