Education: Architect or Industrial Engineer Responsibilities Properly administer all material resources on site, ensuring the development of residential subdivisions is carried out with optimal efficiency and delivery quality. Manage and safeguard material resources. Administer materials versus the construction schedule (installed capacity). Material requisition to procurement (using current system) and its control. Safety: Section guards. Warehouse control (Excel-based inventory for warehouse and tools). Material receipt and delivery to warehouse. Customer warranty support. Project image management. Estimates and purchase orders. Physical warehouse control. You must be an organized individual with proven ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
