Skills in process programming and machine setup Job Description: We are looking for a CNC Programmer for a full-time, on-site position in Hermosillo, SON. You will be responsible for programming, operating, and maintaining CNC machines, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring precise part manufacturing. You will also collaborate closely with other departments to guarantee final product quality and production process optimization. Requirements: Experience in CNC programming and practical knowledge of machining processes. Proficiency in Mastercam (2D, 3D, multiaxis optional) G/M code generation and editing (Fanuc/Haas) Toolpath optimization for: Cycle time reduction Surface finish improvement Advanced post-processor interpretation Interpretation of 3D models and CAD files (STEP, IGES, etc.) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings for accurate machine setup and operation. Skills in process programming and machine setup for manufacturing. Additional desirable qualities include attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and teamwork skills.
