Minimum 1 year of experience supervising cleaning staff or in operational areas. Valid DRIVER'S LICENSE. Ability to drive a standard vehicle. Flexible schedule availability. Willingness to travel and work outside the city when required by operations. Basic ability to prepare operational reports and controls. Knowledge and Skills Staff management and supervision. Activity organization and planning. Problem solving and decision making. Effective communication. Basic knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and procedures. Punctual with strong organizational skills. Service-oriented attitude. Main Responsibilities Supervise cleaning staff and assign daily tasks. Verify compliance with cleaning, safety, and quality standards. Conduct walkthroughs and inspections in assigned areas. Follow up on operational incidents, attendance, and staff performance. Train staff on procedures and proper use of materials and equipment. Prepare activity and results reports.
