Vizcaya University of the Americas is seeking a Language Academy Coordinator who will be responsible for leading, managing, and supervising the academic and administrative activities of English and French classes across all undergraduate programs, ensuring educational quality, compliance with institutional objectives, and comprehensive student development. This role requires leadership skills, strategic planning, and in-depth knowledge in the field of languages. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate the teaching team, promoting their professional development and supervising teaching quality. * Ensure compliance with institutional regulations and educational authorities' requirements. * Monitor and evaluate the academic performance of the program, proposing continuous improvements. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in language teaching or related field (mandatory). * Professional experience in the field. * Experience in processes involving design tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive. * Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills. * Administrative and public relations skills. * Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. * Commitment to educational quality and student development. * Flexible schedule availability. * Own vehicle. * Empathy towards university students. * Excellent personal presentation.
