





**MANUFACTURING ENGINEER** Responsible for maintaining a production system in optimal conditions to execute the process, providing necessary support to resolve any issues that could hinder it, and seeking continuous improvement to meet customer needs. **ACTIVITIES** · Implementation of process improvements. · Continuous support on already implemented processes. · Maintenance and updating of manufacturing procedures (Work Instructions, process flow, FMEA, Labels, etc.) derived from CAPAs, Engineering Changes, SCARs, process improvements. · New Part Number Meeting. **Weekly** · DOP Planning Meeting. **Weekly** · Review of Improvement Projects. **Weekly** · Approvals of documentation in the IFS system. · Time studies · Line balancing · Improvement in process documentation (VWI) · Training personnel · Equipment validation · Process validation · Process/operation improvements. · Provide feedback to the design department. · Attend informational meetings with internal and external customers. · Verification or analysis of Fixtures and Equipment in case of process failures. · Analysis and detection of process failures due to out-of-specification materials. · Creation of engineering samples. · Creation and execution of engineering changes (CRs) · Creation of customs documentation. · Risk assessment of process operation safety. · Monitor and verify the first 3 finished pieces to ensure PQR is performed when a design or process change applies. **REQUIREMENTS** Industrial Engineer or related field.
