





POSITION OBJECTIVE: The cook will be responsible for preparing, baking, and ensuring the quality of pastry products (primarily cookies), guaranteeing compliance with the company's established standards for taste, presentation, cleanliness, and freshness. Their work directly contributes to providing a unique and delicious experience for our customers. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Prepare and bake pastry products according to established recipes and procedures. · Monitor baking processes and times to maintain product quality and consistency. · Perform ingredient preparation, weighing, mixing, and portioning. · Assist in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the kitchen area. · Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. · Collaborate with the production and packaging team to meet daily goals. Ensure proper presentation and freshness of finished products. REQUIREMENTS: · Education: High school diploma or currently pursuing. · Experience: Not essential (experience in cooking or baking is desirable). · Availability: Afternoon shift. · Skills: · Responsibility and punctuality. · Interest in cooking, baking, and artisanal work. · Ability to work in a team.
