Requirements: Minimum education: CIVIL ENGINEERING/ARCHITECTURE * Experience in highways * Experience in similar position * Knowledge of highway construction, new works and/or maintenance * Knowledge of regulations applicable to SICT functions * Knowledge of highway signage * Knowledge of unit price analysis * Personnel management * Contractor and/or supplier management * Knowledge of internal supervision Ensure that the organization's internal processes function efficiently and without disruptions, managing administrative staff through resource control, always aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Preparation and submission of reports for compliance with the Secretariat of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation. Preparation of operational indicator reports for presentation to stakeholders to ensure compliance with the concession title. Control and follow-up of supplier registration. Scheduling and control of payments for supplier invoices.
