We are a national e-commerce company and seek a commercially oriented, highly proactive, and results-driven individual. Ideal Profile: \* Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving goals \* Autonomy and proactivity \* Proficiency in using digital tools such as CRM, Google Workspace, Trello, and digital calendars \* Excellent oral and written communication skills \* Adaptability and flexibility (essential in the dynamic e-commerce environment) \* Ability to collaborate effectively within a team Required Experience: \* Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (mandatory) \* Experience in e-commerce or digital businesses is a plus Key Responsibilities: \* Customer service and follow-up via messaging (80%) and phone calls (20%) \* Order and shipment management via Shopify / TikTok Shop \* CRM-based client portfolio administration and follow-up \* Generation and analysis of sales reports \* Collaboration with the Marketing team to improve performance and optimize digital communication \* Weekly work schedule organization and planning What We Value: We seek organized individuals with initiative and a genuine interest in growing within the e-commerce industry.
