We are looking for a CNC Programmer for a full-time, on-site position in Hermosillo, SON. You will be responsible for programming, operating, and maintaining CNC machines, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring precise part manufacturing. You will also closely collaborate with other departments to guarantee final product quality and production process optimization. **Requirements:** * Experience in CNC programming and practical knowledge of machining processes. * Proficiency in **Mastercam** (2D, 3D, optional multi-axis) **(mandatory)** * G/M code generation and editing (Fanuc/Haas) * Toolpath optimization for: * Cycle time reduction * Surface finish improvement * Advanced post-processor interpretation * Interpretation of 3D models and CAD files (STEP, IGES, etc.) * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings for accurate machine setup and operation. * Skills in process programming and machinery configuration for manufacturing. * Additional qualities such as attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and teamwork skills are highly valued. **Equipment Experience:** * Haas CNC milling machines (3-axis / 4th axis desirable) * Haas CNC lathes **In-Depth Knowledge Of:** * Cutting tools (end mills, inserts, drills, taps, etc.) * Materials (carbide, HSS, coatings) **Experience In:** * Machining automotive rotating components (preferred) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 \- $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
