**BLACK INVESTMENTS** is seeking a **Business Center Branch Leader** **Location:** Plaza Puebla, Hermosillo, Sonora. **Position type:** Full-time **Base salary:** $9,582\.47 monthly \+ 3% commission on sales achieved **Schedule** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Company** At **BLACK INVESTMENTS**, we are seeking a Business Center Coordinator with an outstanding service attitude, strong commercial skills, and a customer-focused approach. **Your responsibilities:** You will be responsible for daily customer service and operational management of the Business Center, delivering professional service to clients and visitors. **Key responsibilities:** * Reception and visitor management * Package receipt and tracking * Call handling and client follow-up * In-person client service at the branch * Commercial follow-up with prospects until sale closure * CRM management and database updates * Preparation of weekly sales reports **Services you will promote:** * Virtual offices * Private offices * Meeting rooms **Candidate profile:** * Experience in sales, reception, or customer service * Strong verbal communication skills and commercial mindset * Excellent personal presentation and client interaction * Motivation to work with goals and commercial follow-up * Basic proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems **What we offer:** * Base salary * Sales commissions * Salary growth opportunity starting from the 3rd month, based on performance * Professional development in the commercial area * Excellent work environment Work location: On-site employment at Plaza Puebla, Hermosillo, Sonora.
