Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to perform tasks related to receiving, organizing, replenishing, and controlling merchandise, as well as supporting inventory counts and cleaning the warehouse area. Organization and verification of products at point of sale # Warehouse Assistant at Point of Sale Shoe Factory is seeking a Warehouse Assistant for the Hermosillo Centro area, Sonora. ## Requirements • Minimum education: completed secondary school. • Valid documentation. • Availability to work Monday through Sunday with mid-week rest day. • Availability to rotate shifts. • Good physical condition for operational tasks. • Experience in: * Loading and unloading * Warehouse operations * Arranging merchandise * Inventory management * Product replenishment • Experience in warehouses, distribution centers, or similar settings is preferred. ## Responsibilities • Receiving merchandise and products. • Assisting with loading and unloading of products. • Arranging and organizing merchandise in the warehouse. • Replenishing merchandise for the sales floor. • Supporting physical inventory counts. • Cleaning and maintaining order in the warehouse area. • Verifying and controlling merchandise. • Supporting general operational activities. ## Schedule • Rotating weekly shifts: * 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM • Sunday: * 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM • Includes meal break. • Mid-week rest day. ## We Offer • Weekly payment. • Initial monthly gross salary of $9,877. • Monthly productivity bonus of $1,274. • Approximate weekly take-home pay of $2,779. • Salary increase upon permanent hiring: * $10,535 monthly gross salary. * Monthly bonus of $1,274. ## Benefits • Monthly food vouchers. • 3% savings fund. • Statutory benefits from day one. • IMSS. • Infonavit. • Fonacot. • 20-day Christmas bonus (aguinaldo). • 40% vacation bonus (prima vacacional). • Life insurance. • Employee discounts on products starting day one. • Birthday rest day. • Loyalty rest day. • Employee loan available after 6 months. -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary education 1 year of experience Keywords: helper, assistant, assistant, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide, warehouse, warehouse, storehouse, warehouse
