Job Summary: Plan, coordinate, and supervise production operations, leading teams to ensure efficiency, quality, and achievement of goals. Key Highlights: 1. Leads teams of Team Leaders and operators to ensure continuous production flow. 2. Identifies and implements improvements in production processes and Lean Manufacturing. 3. Ensures compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards. **Objective.** Plan, coordinate, and supervise production area operations, ensuring efficient execution of daily and weekly plans, adherence to quality, safety, and hygiene standards, and optimal utilization of material, human, and technical resources. Lead the Team Leaders and operators team to maintain continuous production flow, identify improvement opportunities, implement operational efficiency methodologies, and guarantee achievement of targets and applicable regulations. **Responsibilities.** * Plan and coordinate daily and weekly production, ensuring goal and deadline adherence. * Supervise the Team Leaders and operators team, ensuring a safe, orderly, and efficient work environment. * Ensure application of quality standards and operating procedures across the entire production line. * Manage major incidents, critical stoppages, and technical reports, as well as coordinate maintenance activities with other departments. * Identify and implement improvements in production processes and Lean Manufacturing practices. * Supervise efficient use of resources: raw materials, machinery, and labor. * Prepare production, efficiency, and team performance reports, presenting them to coordination and management. **Requirements.** * Completed or incomplete degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field. * Experience managing operational staff. * Minimum 6 months of experience in production processes.
