We are looking for: **Construction Supervisor / Administrator** for a local construction company in Hermosillo, Sonora. **Profile:** * Civil engineer or architect * Experience supervising and managing construction projects at various sites * Proficiency in Autocad and OPUS (desirable), and strong Excel skills * Flexible availability * Proactive and highly self-motivated **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation of project estimates and budgets * Supervision and control of construction projects at various sites (renovations, house construction, apartments, commercial plazas, foundations, industrial and agricultural projects, etc.) * Ensuring timely delivery and quality standards * Sourcing suppliers for various construction projects * Streamlining procurement processes for raw materials and construction supplies * Preparation of payroll reports (tracking work site attendance and incidents); skilled in supervising and coordinating construction personnel * Reporting project progress to the Director **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Must have availability for unexpected issues or construction supervision scheduled on Saturday afternoons and/or Sundays). **Location**: Colonia 5 de Mayo. **We Offer**: Base salary: $15,000 to $17,000 net per month + statutory benefits.
