RESPONSIBILITIES: * Serve as the direct link between investors and the company, managing continuous and timely communication. * Prepare and present reports, presentations, and informational materials about the company in Spanish and English. * Represent the company in meetings, events, and presentations to investors. * Coordinate visits, schedules, and tours for investors at company facilities. * Collect and analyze relevant information to respond to investor inquiries. * Support the organization of corporate events and financial roadshows. * Maintain an updated database of contacts and investor interactions. * Develop and execute relationship strategies with national and international investors. * Monitor the economic and financial environment to anticipate investor concerns and generate proactive communication proposals. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in International Relations, International Business, Finance, Public Relations, Communications, or related fields. (Graduate studies or certifications in finance, business, or corporate relations are desirable). * Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken (advanced or bilingual level). * Minimum of 3\-5 years of experience in similar positions or in institutional relations, corporate communications, business development, or investor relations. * Excellent presence, interpersonal skills, and ability to interact with high-level executives. * Availability to travel frequently. * **Valid visa required.** * Strong analytical, executive writing, and information synthesis skills.
