We are looking for a **Level 1B Service Desk Agent** **You will have the opportunity to:** * Deliver technical support and assistance to users, ensuring timely resolution of their requests. * Provide technical support by delivering and recording all necessary information to meet internal company and customer requirements. * Provide customers with technical assistance in resolving incidents, managing all required actions to achieve problem resolution and customer satisfaction. **Ideal candidates possess knowledge and experience in:** * Customer service * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Technical degree related to computing or a closely related field * Experience in customer service and support **Shift availability is required** What can you expect from us?
