Job Description **TCM Maintenance and Construction** is seeking a **Construction Resident** for **school renovation and construction projects** in the Obregón region. Main Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate activities of technical crews and subcontracted personnel on school construction sites. * Prepare preliminary budgets, surveys, reports, and material requisitions. * Monitor project schedules and ensure compliance with quality standards in educational projects. * Supervise corrective and preventive maintenance work in school facilities. Skills and Knowledge * Knowledge of construction processes and maintenance of educational infrastructure. * Proficiency in PC use and administrative control tools. * Positive attitude, responsibility, cooperation, and availability. Requirements * Degree: Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Age: 28 years or older. * Minimum 1 year of experience in school construction or maintenance projects. * Flexible working hours. We Offer * Monthly gross salary of $16,000. * Statutory benefits. * Standard work equipment and transportation. Working Hours * Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (including one-hour lunch break). * Saturdays, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. * Sundays off. Work Location **Hermosillo City, Sonora**.
