What do you need? * Interest in vision care, enthusiasm for interacting with people, a service-oriented and helpful attitude, and an appreciation for fashion. * A desire to grow and learn to improve your future. * Technical or higher education in Optometry, or practical experience administering vision exams, or technical training in health-related fields. * Experience managing optical retail establishments. * Leadership skills for managing work teams. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with a midweek day off. What will you do? * Manage daily operations of the retail establishment. * Supervise daily transaction processing. * Implement inventory control systems. * Lead staff development and supervision plans. * Ensure operations comply with company policies and procedures. * Motivate achievement of sales objectives. * Evaluate and provide feedback on team performance indicators. * Conduct vision exams according to standardized protocols. * Serve our customers through a system designed to enhance your communication and interpersonal skills. * Promote products and services accessible to the majority of people. * Advise customers in selecting solutions that help them see and look their best. * Be part of a team dedicated to the well-being of those who choose our brand.
