The Fiber Optic Field Supervisor's primary objective is to ensure uninterrupted operation and operational efficiency of the fiber optic infrastructure, in compliance with SLAs. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of prior experience in fiber optic splicing. * Completed high school education. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends. * Knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Earth, Falcon. * Knowledge of fiber infrastructure operation and maintenance. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure optimal operation of fiber optic infrastructure in urban areas with metro rings and long-haul networks. * Comply with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) established with customers. * Efficiently identify and resolve any issues related to the fiber optic network. * The supervisor is capable of coordinating local and remote activities.
