




Requirements Education: Active student from the 7th semester onwards or one year away from completing a degree in industrial engineering or related field. Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Proficiency in Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) Responsibilities: 1\. Conduct time and motion studies to evaluate operational efficiency. 2\. Support process mapping and flowcharts to identify improvement opportunities. 3\. Collaborate in identifying and documenting waste (mudas) in production and administrative processes. 4\. Participate in the design and updating of work instructions and standard procedures. 5\. Analyze operational capacity and production line balancing. 6\. Document findings and propose process improvements according to Lean methodologies. 7\. Work closely with operators, supervisors, and area leaders to gather field information. 8\. Participate in monitoring improvement initiatives and KPI compliance activities.
