Work on vertical, commercial, and industrial construction **WE ARE LOOKING FOR OUR NEXT CIVIL WORKS COORDINATOR.** A real estate development company with over fifteen years of experience is seeking a Construction industry professional with strong commitment and coordination skills to ensure proper execution of the company’s Civil Works projects across the Mexican Republic, to serve as: **CIVIL WORKS COORDINATOR.** **OBJECTIVE:** Overall site supervisor, accountable for this business unit regarding schedule adherence, budget compliance, and quality standards. Coordinates the activities of assigned Site Supervisors and maintains formal communication with clients. **IMPORTANT** * Experience in: Vertical construction, commercial construction, industrial construction, and infrastructure construction. * Valid professional degree and State and Federal professional license. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Control costs and budgets for assigned projects. * Monitor timelines and schedules for assigned projects. * Supervise and ensure quality of processes and work at each assigned project. * Coordinate various work teams involved in the construction process. * Coordinate subcontractor activities participating in the construction process. * Coordinate estimation processes with contracting firms. * Maintain internal coordination among different departments within the company. * Maintain positive relationships with supervisory authorities and contractors for each assigned project. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Sufficient experience in construction and/or coordination of projects, preferably residential developments ranging from social housing to premium residential, vertical construction, etc. * Knowledge of current construction regulations and standards. * Familiarity with ACI 318-14 Concrete Structures Code. * Proficiency in Office software, AutoCAD, etc. * Monitoring of construction execution schedules. * Ability to interpret and read architectural, structural, MEP, finishing, etc. drawings (executive project plans). * Knowledge and identification of all materials used in executed projects. * Preparation, completion, and management of construction supervision reports. * Experience in preparing and reviewing construction progress reports. * Knowledge of construction site inventory control. * Experience managing on-site personnel. **WE OFFER:** \- Opportunity for growth and development. \- Biweekly salary payment. \- Direct employment contract with the company. \- 15-day year-end bonus (Aguinaldo). \- Vacation days according to the Federal Labor Law (LFT). \- 25% vacation premium.
