




**Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator** **Location:** Remote (Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace) **Position Type:** Full\-Time **Position Summary** The Maintenance Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our property management team by managing day\-to\-day maintenance operations across 1,800\+ rental units. This includes administrative support, customer service, vendor coordination, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech\-savvy, proactive, and comfortable handling a wide variety of tasks with minimal supervision. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and assign maintenance requests to in\-house technicians or third\-party vendors * Troubleshoot minor maintenance issues and assist in diagnosing larger problems * Track technician hours and job progress * Schedule and coordinate annual property evaluations (1,800\+ units), including vendor assignment, supply orders, and communication * Research, purchase, and track needed parts and equipment for delivery and installation * Ensure timely and accurate approval of maintenance invoices based on owner\-approved budgets * Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly responding to emails, voicemails, and other communications * Translate maintenance\-related communications from Spanish to English * Maintain communication with property owners, tenants, vendors, and internal departments * Help maintain low delinquency rates and manage property maintenance budgets * Monitor performance metrics and contribute to process improvements * Answer main office calls and assist other departments when needed * Collaborate across departments to resolve issues efficiently **Qualifications** * Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail * Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills * Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively * Customer\-focused with a consistently positive and professional attitude * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment * Strong problem\-solving and follow\-through skills * Fluent in English (spoken and written) **Requirements** * Typing speed of 40\+ WPM * Intermediate or higher proficiency in computer and web\-based tools (e.g., email, task management software, spreadsheets) * Minimum 1 year of experience in property management, maintenance coordination, or a related field * Reliable high\-speed internet (40\+ Mbps download speed) * Adequate computer setup (desktop with a large screen preferred) * Webcam and headset for virtual meetings and calls * Ability to work from a quiet, dedicated home office environment *This description is intended to outline the general responsibilities of the role and is not all\-inclusive.
