We are looking for someone with experience in **vehicle fleet administration** (trucks and automobiles) and proficiency in managing **databases** to efficiently manage **preventive and corrective maintenance services**, as well as monitoring compliance with **service levels at external workshops**. Additionally, strong **Excel** skills and an exceptional service-oriented attitude are essential, as you will maintain constant communication and provide assistance to various sales and distribution departments across Heineken Mexico. **Requirements for this position:** * Prior experience in vehicle fleet administration and database management. * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables; Power BI is desirable). * Completed bachelor's degree with official diploma (no incomplete degrees). * Standard automobile driving skills and valid driver's license. * Willingness to travel. * Service-oriented attitude toward various sales and distribution departments. * Ability to analyze reports and make strategic decisions regarding fleet vehicle flow and availability. **Skills:** * High sense of urgency * Strong communication skills * Problem-solving ability * Proficiency in digital tools for vehicle tracking * Performance indicator monitoring If you meet the requirements, apply now.
