Job Summary: We are seeking a HUB Supervisor to lead daily operations, manage personnel, and ensure customer satisfaction through service excellence and inventory management. Key Highlights: 1. The HUB Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring customer service excellence, inventory management, and personnel leadership. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Supervise and coordinate daily HUB operations, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. 2\. Train, guide, and supervise staff to ensure achievement of delivery targets and customer service standards. 4\. Resolve issues and make real-time decisions to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. 5\. Experience managing personnel of over 30 individuals, including drivers and operators. 6\. Knowledge of inventory management principles, including first-in-first-out (FIFO), as well as loading and unloading of goods. 7\. Knowledge of operational management and fleet control. **Requirements:** 1\. Minimum two years of experience in a similar supervisory role. 2\. Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate and direct a team. 3\. Solid understanding of inventory management practices and cost control. 4\. Exceptional customer service skills and problem-solving ability. 5\. Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. **Desired Skills:** 1\.
