***TCM Maintenance and Construction*** We are seeking a **Construction Site Resident** for projects related to preventive and corrective maintenance contracts for industrial or commercial companies. **Main job responsibilities:** Supervise and coordinate personnel activities, including technical crews and subcontracted staff, across various corrective and preventive maintenance tasks in commercial or industrial buildings. Prepare preliminary budgets, conduct site surveys, generate reports, requisition materials, and monitor project schedules. **Skills and knowledge:** Knowledge of construction processes and/or maintenance practices; PC proficiency; positive attitude; responsibility; teamwork; flexibility. **Requirements:** Civil Engineering or Architecture degree; minimum age 28; flexible working hours; minimum one year of experience in maintenance or construction projects. **We offer:** A monthly salary of $16,000.00 (tax-free) plus statutory benefits, work equipment, and transportation (standard). **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM; Sundays off. Flexibility in working hours is required. **Work location:** Ciudad Hermosillo and surrounding municipalities.
