**REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Minimum completed high school diploma * Marital status: Indifferent * Experience in driving and preventive maintenance of a collection vehicle, as well as in cargo handling and loading * Valid Class B driver’s license; thorough knowledge of the city * Experience in courier and messenger services, logistics, and documentation * Interest in environmental care **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Interpersonal communication skills * Service-oriented attitude; dynamic and creative * Organized, responsible, disciplined * Analytical ability and common sense * Strong numerical reasoning **SOME RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Begin shift and record vehicle odometer reading. * Accurately enter customer data into the system. * Select the payment type used by the customer. * Perform daily cash reconciliation, delivering documented shipment proceeds at the end of the day. * Support activities: bank deposits, delivery of receipts to customers, and delivery of collections payments. * Full knowledge of and strict adherence to merchandise acceptance policies. * Deliver assigned packages to partner locations within the scheduled timeframe according to service type (next-day or economy), with both parties signing upon receipt and delivery. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** * Excellent base salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements (e.g., year-end bonus, savings fund) * Tools provided for performing job duties * Initial training and ongoing advisory support as needed * Uniforms provided at no cost **DETAILS:** * Permanent employment contract * On-site work environment * Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM and 3:00 PM–7:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
