





**OUR COMPANY:** At **SIR ENERGY**, we have 20 years of experience providing services and solutions to public and private sector clients in the electrical industry, specializing in electromechanical projects for the equipment supply and construction of substations, transmission lines, and power distribution systems. **JOB MISSION:** To coordinate, plan, and manage the tender department’s processes and policies, as well as monitor and analyze public and private tender announcements for the evaluation, organization, development of tender documents, and preparation of budgets—thereby strengthening SIR ENERGY’s brand as a specialist in substation (SE) and transmission line (LT) construction and equipment supply, ultimately securing new contracts. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Electrical Engineer, Civil Engineer, or related discipline * Minimum age: 30 years * 3–5 years of experience in a similar position within construction companies, preferably on electrical projects **KNOWLEDGE:** * Budget preparation using **OPUS 2020** or later versions * Tender processes * Project evaluation * Supplier catalog management * Estimations * Unit price and cost analysis (direct/indirect) * Quantity take-offs **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Continuously monitor business opportunities to assess the feasibility of participating in announced tenders * Track tender opening and award events according to scheduled dates and tender announcements * Coordinate and execute the budget preparation process for public and private tenders * Coordinate and supervise the capture of the project’s itemized catalog for material breakdown in OPUS * Coordinate and supervise quantity take-offs in accordance with project specifications * Prepare and review completion of OT-2MS and OT-2ML forms for equipment brands, if required by the tender * Prepare and review completion of technical annexes requested in tender bases OT-3, OT-7, OT-8, and OT-9 * Develop an itemized catalog and budget structure to submit technical and economic proposals to the General Management and the client * Perform checklists for submission of technical and economic proposals to ensure operational continuity and economic competitiveness **WE OFFER:** Direct employment, competitive salary, weekly payments, statutory benefits, and opportunities for growth and professional development.
