We seek passionate individuals matching the following profile: **Construction Site Buyer** **Job Objective:** Provide direct on-site support to the project team and project leader in activities related to procurement of materials, services, and subcontracting—achieving optimal cost, timely delivery, and required quality for the assigned project. **In addition to procurement duties, the role includes general on-site support addressing needs outside the project scope.** **Responsibilities or Activities:** * Supplier selection process: identify, analyze, and research to select the best option. * Obtain, track, and review quotations and proposals for purchasing materials and specialized items for projects. * Prepare comparative price tables. * Issue purchase orders promptly, ensuring optimal cost while meeting project specifications, and verifying that materials and/or services arrive at the site on the required date. * Responsible for addressing non-project-related needs (e.g., direct procurement from suppliers, office document management, etc.). * Review inventory of materials stored at the site warehouse. **Required Skills:** * Leadership. * Negotiation skills. * Results-oriented mindset. * Effective communication. * Organization and teamwork. **Requirements:** * Must hold a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in a construction company. * Minimum 2 years of experience in project and construction management. * Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD Viewer, SAP. * **Valid driver’s license.** * Ability to commute to the project location. * Knowledge of: procurement, quotations, budget and quotation reviews, invoicing, requisition control, purchase tracking, purchase order generation, contracts. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits + Savings Fund. * Profit-sharing. * Training programs. * Major Medical Expense Insurance and Life Insurance effective from the first year of employment. **Work Location:** Hermosillo, Sonora **Working Hours:** Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM | Saturday, 8 AM–1 PM Apply through this channel; if your profile matches, we will contact you.
