Supports logistics processes, activities, and customers for all modes of transportation. **Job Requirements** -------------------- * Analyzing logistics plans and identifying opportunities for distribution quality improvement. * Coordinating the stock relocations and transfers related to the operations of logistics networks; assisting in the arrangement of logistics staff rotational schedule. * Helping optimize shipments between distribution centers and customers and facilitate communication of transportation operations between carriers, suppliers and partners. * Coordinating procedures across functions for the distribution and inventory management to ensure the execution of daily shipment plan and foster a cooperative atmosphere towards customer service, efficiency improvement and cost saving. **Responsabilities** -------------------- * Supervise daily cycle count activities in alignment with company policies. * Assign tasks and monitor performance of cycle count team members. * Ensure timely and accurate completion of cycle counts based on established schedules. * Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, coordinating with relevant departments as needed. * Analyze root causes of inventory variances and recommend corrective actions. * Maintain accurate records of all cycle count results, adjustments, and reports. * Coordinate annual physical inventory events as required. * Follow and enforce TE regulations \& TE EHS policies. * Train and coach staff in proper inventory handling procedures. * Monitor daily inventory accuracy KPIs and report performance metrics to management. * Assist in implementing inventory control system improvements and process enhancements. **What your background should look like** ----------------------------------------- * BS in Industrial Engineering and/or related to Logistics. * At least 3 years of experience and practitioner in the field of Logistics. * Must have experience and background in Logistics Execution and Cycle Count as a plus. * SAP knowledge, advanced Excel Skills * Proficient in English verbal and written. * Strong verbal, analytical and written communication skills * Self\-motivated with the ability to make decisions with minimal supervision. * Strong sense of urgency and responsibility. * Strong teambuilding skills with a 3PL warehouse team to achieve exceptional results through team interaction and effective cross\-group collaboration. * Demonstrated personal leadership of cross\-functional teams, demonstrating organizational and management skills. * Strong problem\-solving capabilities and the ability to analyze data and use critical thinking to reach logical conclusions and decisions.
