




**Job Objective:** Ensure operational continuity of Engineering department services through preventive monitoring and timely detection of incidents in customer and internal infrastructure servers, networks, and systems. **Required Technical Knowledge:** * Windows Server administration. * Networking. * Antivirus and security solution management. * Monitoring solutions: Datto, Zabbix, PRTG (desirable). * Backup tools: Veeam (desirable). * Experience with help desk management systems. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor customer and company systems and servers in real time. * Analyze alerts generated by monitoring tools (Datto, Zabbix, PRTG). * Address or escalate incidents to the Engineering team according to their impact level and priority. * Implement and administer an internal ticketing or help desk system. * Support configuration and maintenance of backup tools. * Collaborate with the engineering team on continuous infrastructure improvement. * Document procedures, preventive actions, and corrective actions. **Key Competencies:** * Analytical thinking. * Responsibility and sense of urgency. * Attention to detail. * Effective communication and teamwork.
