Position Summary: We are seeking an Accountant with experience in journal entry recording, bank reconciliations, CFDI issuance, and support in accounting closings and tax calculations. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in journal entry recording and bank reconciliations. 2. Knowledge of electronic invoicing (CFDI) 4.0. 3. Support in tax calculation and monthly accounting closings. Education: Accounting Technician diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (in progress or completed). **Experience:** 1–3 years in a similar role. Experience in the healthcare sector is desirable. Proficiency in accounting systems (CONTPAQi, Aspel, or others). Knowledge of electronic invoicing (CFDI) 4\.0\. **Competencies:** · Organization and accuracy. · Confidentiality. · Sense of urgency. · Ability to work under pressure. **Responsibilities:** · Daily recording of income, expense, and general journal entries. · Monthly bank reconciliations. · Invoice control. · Support in monthly accounting closings. · Issuance of CFDIs (consultations, hospitalizations, surgeries). · Collections follow-up (private patients and insurance companies). · Review of daily cash reports. · Reconciliation between the hospital system and accounting records. · Support in tax calculations (VAT, Income Tax, withholdings). · Support in cash coverage.
