




**Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in **Human Resources, Administration, Psychology or related field.** * Minimum of **1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position.** * Knowledge of the **Federal Labor Law, IMSS and INFONAVIT.** * Proficiency in **Excel.** * Strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills. **Schedule** Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Saturday: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (Attendance not required every Saturday) **Responsibilities** * Coordinate recruitment, selection, and employee onboarding processes. * Prepare and manage employment contracts, IMSS registrations and cancellations, and other official platform transactions. * Monitor attendance, incidents, and payroll, ensuring data accuracy. * Track vacations, medical leaves, severance payments, and resignations. * Promote training programs, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives. * Manage and safeguard employee records. * Maintain constant communication with different departments to resolve personnel matters. * Foster a positive work environment and promote best practices in human resources.
