This position is aimed at professionals with up to five years of experience, ready to actively contribute to field operations, technical planning, and project execution. The Project Engineer plays a key role in supporting the team throughout the entire project lifecycle, especially in scopes involving high concrete volume. **Responsibilities** * Planning and coordination of construction * Field support and execution * Documentation and process control * Quality and safety assurance * Budget and cost control * Communication and collaboration with internal and external teams **Requirements** * Intermediate to advanced English * Currently enrolled student or recent graduate in Civil Engineering or related field * 1 to 5 years of construction experience, preferably on projects with high concrete volume * Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documents * Experience with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Primavera P6 * Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills * Ability to thrive in a dynamic, hands-on, results-oriented environment * Eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
