REQUIREMENTS 1. Technical degree or incomplete bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, maintenance, or related field. 2. Experience in maintenance services in electricity, refrigeration and air conditioning, plumbing, and other basic areas. 3. Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance plans. 4. Dynamic attitude. 5. Start date to be agreed upon during interview. 6. Currently reside in Hermosillo, Sonora. OBJECTIVE: Execute actions to ensure the functionality, aesthetics, and safety of equipment and facilities, work areas, parking lots, gardens, and access points, as well as repair failures and supervise external services, so that projects operate in a comfortable, safe environment with all services fully operational. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Develop Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Plans for the Corporation and its companies. 2. Perform administrative tasks according to the Work Plan established by the Corporation. 3. Maintain service and maintenance logs for each company. 4. Prepare reports to present to the Corporation. 5. Perform maintenance and/or installation and/or servicing of: electrical systems, air conditioning, plumbing, touch-up painting, basic locksmithing, gardening, fumigation, etc., according to the work program, requests, or emergencies. 6.
