JUMBOLON DE MEXICO IS SEEKING AN EXTRUSION TECHNICIAN **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Operate the extrusion machine according to established optimal parameters, ensuring product quality, efficient use of raw materials, and process safety. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Industrial Mechanics. * Electrical Systems. * Electronics. **COMPETENCIES:** * Supervision and Coordination of Personnel. * Operation of analog and digital measuring equipment (vernier calipers, scales, tape measures). * Reading of digital and analog pressure, temperature, RPM, and other process controls. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operate the extrusion machine throughout all phases, including heating, startup, production, shutdown, etc. * Generate production reports for the Extrusion area according to the established format. * Maintain logbooks recording parameters used during the extrusion process. * Perform die changes, calibrations, dimensional adjustments, and screen/filter replacements on the extruder. * Monitor correct levels of various controls installed in the extrusion process: pressure, temperature, amperage, etc. * Feed the extruder with the raw material required by the process. * Supervise, coordinate, and train support staff for the extruder and recycling unit, as needed. * Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager regarding placement and storage of produced rolls. * Support the Production Department in various activities and operations as required, prioritizing the extrusion process.
