




**Position Objective** Design, plan, and execute digital communication strategies that strengthen the brand's presence, reputation, and positioning on social media, fostering interaction, loyalty, and online community growth through engaging, creative content aligned with institutional objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and develop daily or weekly posts (images, videos, stories, infographics, etc.) tailored to each social network. * Write engaging and persuasive copy to drive follower interaction. * Schedule and manage posts using automation tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, among others). * Keep the content calendar updated and aligned with marketing strategies. * Collaborate with the marketing team in defining platform-specific strategies. * Adapt content to trends and target audience behavior. * Monitor interactions (comments, direct messages, mentions) and respond promptly and professionally. * Monitor interactions (comments, direct messages, mentions) and respond promptly and professionally. * Monitor interactions (comments, direct messages, mentions) and respond promptly and professionally. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or related field. * Minimum of 1 year managing social media or digital communities. * Experience in persuasive writing, content planning, metric analysis, and collaboration with influencers or strategic partners.
