Job Requirements: * Experience: Minimum 3 years. * Job location: Mulatos Mining Unit (remote mine near the Municipality of Sahuaripa, Sonora). * Work schedule: Works 14 days on, followed by 7 days off. * Job title and level: Nutritionist \- Reports to Camp Manager. Responsibilities: Supervise field operations to ensure daily compliance of camp activities at the Mulatos and La Yaqui Grande sites, ensuring they are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with established quality standards. The main challenge is to guarantee continuous operations and immediate response to incidents or on-site personnel needs. * Design and validate menus, establishing balanced and varied meal plans adjusted to workers' caloric and nutritional requirements. * On-site supervision, verify proper food preparation, portioning, and presentation by service providers. * Service audit, evaluate compliance with contracts regarding quality, food safety, and variety. * Prevention of health issues, detect and control potential dietary deficiencies such as overweight, malnutrition, gastritis, hypertension, among others. * Develop food education programs and preventive health culture, promote healthy habits such as reducing excessive consumption of ultra-processed foods and fostering a self-care culture on site.
