Due to growth, we are seeking: **COMMERCIAL TRAINER** **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in health-related fields or nutrition (preferred) **Experience**: * 1 year in sales. * Customer service experience. * Pharmaceutical industry experience. * Fieldwork and training experience. **Knowledge**: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, intermediate-level Excel. * Sales and administrative procedures. * Nutritional supplements. * Human health and physiology. * Common diseases and their treatments. **Main Responsibilities**: * Visit pharmacies. * Observe and analyze field sales representatives’ commercial strategies. * Deliver product training, sales techniques, interpersonal skills, etc. * Prepare reports and analytical summaries of information. **Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexible hours and full **availability to travel according to assigned zones and relocation (every 6 months between Hermosillo, Sonora and Ciudad Obregón)** **We Offer**: * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Additional benefits beyond statutory requirements. * Direct employment with the company and job stability.
