We are a company dedicated to the construction of electrical, electromechanical, and civil works, such as substations, transmission lines, etc. We have 3 main offices (Hermosillo, CDMX, and San Luis Potosi) **Requirements:** · Resident of Hermosillo, Sonora. · Graduate in Public Accounting (only candidates with this degree will be considered) · Knowledge of SAP, Contpaq, and Microsoft Office suite · Minimum 2 years of relevant experience **Job Objective:** Ensure timely, accurate, and tax-compliant recording of invoices and payment complements in the SAP system, by verifying their validity with the Mexican Tax Administration Service (SAT), thereby supporting the organization's accounting, tax, and financial control. **Key Responsibilities:** · Accurately and promptly enter invoices into the SAP system, ensuring proper accounting and tax information. · Verify the validity of electronic invoices (CFDI) on the SAT portal · Upload and register payment complements in SAP, correctly linking them to their corresponding invoices to ensure proper payment reconciliation · Maintain up-to-date supporting documentation for invoices and payments, facilitating accounting reviews and internal and external audits. · Meet established deadlines for invoice registration and validation, supporting monthly accounting and tax closing processes.
