**WEB DEVELOPER** New Horizon IC is looking for a "Web Developer" (with more than 3 years of experience) to develop new and existing functionalities in a web portal/app. This position is full-time and reports directly to the Development Supervisor in the IT (Information Technology) department. **Minimum Requirements:** * Availability to work flexible hours with high availability (working under USA time zones). * University degree of at least 4 years duration or equivalent. **Experience:** * At least 3 years of experience in a company developing web applications as part of a professional team, using .net and web technologies HTML, JS, CSS, and frameworks Bootstrap and JQuery. * Experience with SQL Server databases. * Experience using GIT or similar tools. **Desirable Requirements:** * If you have any of the following skills, please be sure to mention them during the interview: * English * XML, XSL, XSD * C\# , Vbnet * Window Server 2000\+ * IIS 6\.0\+ * Server Side Technologies: PHP, ASP, JSP, NodeJS, Rails, etc.. * JS and CSS Frameworks **Notes:** * Speaking English is not required, but being bilingual (Spanish \& English) is an advantage. * Travel requirement \- 5% * No relocation required * This position requires the candidate to work on-site for the first 6 months, provided the company has an office in the candidate's city.
