Implementation of internal controls Description and details of responsibilities • Responsible for the full administration of the company, safeguarding and protecting assets in general. • Inventories. • Ensure proper internal control over all financial aspects of the company. • Ensure all tax obligations are fulfilled timely and correctly, addressing each tax matter promptly and appropriately for the company. • Safeguard all infrastructure and equipment assets of the company through an audit and inventory framework. • Supervise and manage, in coordination with operations, the proper use of each financial resource and equipment in operations. • Review and authorize, based on strict analysis and close observation, the actual necessity of each investment and expense carried out by departments. • Review and ensure all accounting and financial processes, as well as infrastructure and operational assets. • Review, authorize, and certify tax strategies and ensure timely tax payments. • Monthly accounting report, its review and certification/authorization. • Detailed monitoring of company income and expenses. • Account auditing. • Evaluate financial management. • Supervise income and expenses. • Implement operational, financial, and accounting internal controls. • Design viable tax strategies for proper compliance.
