What We’re Looking For A Senior Backend Developer with solid experience who can lead technically complex projects and significantly contribute to our growth. Technical Requirements:Primary Stack: * JavaScript / NodeJS * MongoDB / Mongoose * Express * Redis * RabbitMQ * Socket.io * REST APIs / JWT / Auth0 Additional Valued Skills: * Microservices architecture * Docker and DevOps knowledge * Testing (Mocha/Jest/Cypress/Playwright) * PDF generation and CSV processing * Design patterns and SOLID principles Personal Profile: * Minimum 2 years of backend development experience (Required) * Intermediate/Advanced English * Ability to work collaboratively and mentor junior developers * Experience with agile methodologies * Strong problem-solving skills * Full-time availability and office attendance What We Offer: * Competitive salary between $15,000 and $25,000 monthly * Dynamic and collaborative work environment * Challenging and cutting-edge projects * Statutory benefits * Continuous professional development * Schedule: Monday to Friday Are You Interested?
