Lead and participate with Product and Manufacturing Engineers and Technicians in the resolution of issues using failure analysis (Ishikawa, 5 Why, 8D). Support roll\-out and execution of standard tools: tolerance analysis, FMEA, CONTROL PLANS, MSA, Capability studies, QIP, FAI, PPAP, work instructions development \& Lessons Learned Data. Proficiency in quality\-related software and tools: Minitab, SAP, Excel, ETC. Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis.
