We are looking for an **IT Services and Infrastructure Supervisor**, responsible for ensuring the continuity of the company's technological operations. This role will manage physical and virtual servers, communication networks, and intermediate devices, as well as carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, implement monitoring tools, and guarantee the availability of critical services. The candidate will also participate in the installation, configuration, and documentation of systems, as well as coordinate with hardware, telecommunications, and cloud service providers. The ideal candidate holds a **bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Computer Systems, Telecommunications, or related field**, with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in servers, IT infrastructure, SCADA/DAS/BMS systems, or industrial IP networks. Advanced knowledge of IP addressing, firewalls, VPNs, data centers, and virtualization is highly valued, along with proficiency in SQL Server, Windows Server, and remote access tools.
