Job Summary: Responsible for controlling and tracking accounts payable and accounts receivable using SAP to consolidate reports and ensure compliance with guidelines. Key Highlights: 1. Job description: **Objective:** Control and track accounts payable and accounts receivable using SAP and related software to consolidate timely reports for the department. **Conversational English is a mandatory requirement for this process.** **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in any accounting area * Intermediate Excel proficiency * **Conversational English is a mandatory requirement for this process.** * Availability to work remotely during the night shift * Desired but not required: experience with SAP or any other ERP * Desired but not required: knowledge of English or Portuguese **Responsibilities** * Tracking of accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Invoicing * Direct interaction with the company's customers * Assisting team leaders/managers in preparing metrics. * Attending meetings with leaders from different locations (**Conversational English is a mandatory requirement for this process**). * Supporting audits by providing records and supporting documentation. * Ensures appropriate and up-to-date desktop process and procedure documentation exists and is used. * Ensures compliance with internal and external guidelines, as well as standardized process frameworks. * Monitors and reviews progress, immediately alerting Management upon observing any warning signs. * Availability for extended shifts/weekends during month-end close. **Skills** * Logical thinking * Proactivity * Customer-centric and quality-focused * Assists team leaders/managers in preparing metrics. * Collaborates in audits by providing records and supporting documentation. * Ensures existence and use of appropriate and up-to-date desktop process and procedure documentation. * Ensures compliance with internal and external guidelines, as well as standardized process frameworks.
