Schedule: Availability to rotate between Morning or Night shifts

We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and self-motivated individual to join our Human Resources (HR) team as a Human Resources Analyst (HRA).
The HRA works closely with HR teams and site leadership to ensure an excellent experience for our associates and managers.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to understand their needs and provide system support.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR system data.
Produce detailed reports and analyses to drive informed decision-making.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and service delivery.
Key job responsibilities
Data Validation
Regularly review employee records, contact information, job titles, and other relevant information to maintain data integrity.
PXT Reports
Produce comprehensive HR reports and data analyses, including key performance metrics such as absenteeism, turnover, and headcount.
Continuous Improvement
Promote continuous improvement in HR system management and documentation.
Compliance
Provide accurate and timely managerial information, ensuring compliance with company processes, data protection requirements, and best practices for maintaining HR systems and records.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**

* 6\+ months of human resources experience
* 6\+ months of customer service experience
* 6\+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Experience in confidential environments
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**

* 1\+ years of human resources experience
* 1\+ years of customer service experience
* 1\+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
