Flexible work environment Work Mode: On-site in Hermosillo, Sonora Description: We are seeking a Junior Developer to join our team and support the development of Asistian, a conversational CRM that integrates multiple communication channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Email). Main Responsibilities: * Fix bugs and refine UI/UX details following our design system * Implement incremental improvements to existing features * Maintain visual and code consistency according to project guidelines * Collaborate using Cursor + Claude Code for AI-assisted development * Conduct code reviews and document changes * Work using agile methodology with short sprints Technical Requirements:*Required:* * 1 year of experience with Laravel (PHP) * Knowledge of React with TypeScript * Experience with Tailwind CSS * Understanding of Git and branch-based workflow * Ability to read and understand existing code * Technical English (reading documentation) *Desirable:* * Experience with Inertia.js or hybrid architectures * Familiarity with PostgreSQL * Knowledge of shadcn/ui or design systems * Experience using AI coding assistants (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) * Knowledge of PWAs and web push notifications What We’re Looking For: * Attention to detail in UI/UX * Ability to follow established style guidelines * Proactivity in identifying inconsistencies and bugs * Ability to work autonomously with light supervision * Mindset of continuous improvement We Offer: * Stable project with a clear roadmap * Well-documented codebase with .cursorrules and design guidelines * Mentoring on using AI tools for development * Flexible work environment * Growth opportunities based on performance Salary: $9,749.23 - $23,509.50 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours Work Location: On-site employment
