We seek a results-focused Production Coordinator who will drive the transformation of the production area toward an efficient, predictable, and high-quality manufacturing system. You will be responsible for leading the execution of the production plan, ensuring on-time deliveries, zero defects, and adherence to budget through robust operational management and a continuous improvement culture. Key Responsibilities Implement and ensure compliance with standardized work in production. Promote a culture of quality at the source and manage non-conformities. Lead daily performance management (KPIs, operational meetings, production tracking). Develop the team through training and competency matrices. Identify bottlenecks and optimize processes (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen). Analyze production costs and ensure operational profitability. Requirements Education: Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering or related field. Experience: 7+ years in manufacturing, preferably metal-mechanical. 3+ years in production leadership roles. Technical Knowledge: Metal-mechanical processes (assembly, welding, painting, forming). Reading mechanical and electrical drawings. Lean Manufacturing (5S, Kaizen, VSM, standardized work). Quality management systems (ISO 9001). Data analysis and applied statistics. Other: Intermediate/advanced English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Lean Six Sigma certification is desirable.
